Because we sell factory direct and to ensure that you are getting the best service possible, Star Trac® has developed partnerships with local Authorized Installers to provide white-glove delivery and installation of your fitness equipment.

Deliveries only take place Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Call for Product Availability.

White glove service:

  • Shipping and handling includes white-glove service, which provides delivery and in-home assembly of your new fitness equipment.
  • A freight carrier will deliver the product to your home and move it into your garage, car port, or inside any single door.
  • Upon receipt of your order, a local Star Trac® Authorized Installer will contact you to schedule a convenient Assembly time.
  • The Authorized Installer will then arrive at a designated time, and set up the equipment in the room of your choice.
  • Each Authorized Installer is responsible for setting its own delivery policy.
  • Star Trac® partners with only the best Installers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • (PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SHIPMENTS TO CANADA, HAWAII, ALASKA, AND PUERTO RICO REQUIRE A CALL FOR QUOTE.)

PLEASE NOTE: When you purchase a Spinning® bike or a piece of free weight strength equipment your product will be delivered curb side. INSTALLATION IS NOT INCLUDED ON THESE PRODUCTS.
